In the 2011 Census, there were 1,477 people in Cecil Park. A plan has been established to develop Cecil Park. This plan is “Liverpool Development Control Plan No. 59 – Industrial Development: Lot 101 Cowpasture Road, Cecil Park“as provided for under Section 72 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979. The purpose of this plan is to provide design criteria and to control the extent of industrial development on this land.
